About

Jim Little

Amateur web designer, fly fisher, fly tyer and proud Father of Quinn & Aubrey and husband of Elizabeth. I’m a Jack of most trades and a Master of None.

Born and raised in Brampton, Ontario, I grew up fishing for predominantly warm-water species like Bass, Walleye and Pike. Through a lucky meeting with a random guy from New Brunswick in 2000, I became addicted to fly fishing for trout and Pacific Salmon on the Credit and Grand Rivers. In 2008, I moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia and knew nothing about the awesome trout and Salmon fishery that exists in this beautiful province. It wasn’t until a chance meeting on a North Shore river in 2016 where I helped an older gentleman land a 12 pound female Atlantic Salmon that I became fully hooked on Salar. So, here we are. I am not an expert in anything in particular and I merely want to pass knowledge that others have imparted on me and give you some pages with some easy to use links.
